erlang-cowlib software package provides Erlang library for manipulating web protocols, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install erlang-cowlib
erlang-cowlib is installed in your system.
Make ensure the erlang-cowlib package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep erlang-cowlib *
You will get with erlang-cowlib package name, version, architecture and description in a table
